- Schedule interviews and conduct lawful screening with additional notice where required.
- Maintain recruiting records, meet legal obligations and defend claims.
3. Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with authorized hiring personnel and vendors supporting hosting, communications, recruiting and lawful screening. It is retained for the recruiting process and a reasonable period afterward, subject to legal requirements and operational need.
4. Sensitive information
Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account details, medical records or identity documents through the public application form. If such information is required later, Telio will provide an appropriate secure process.
5. Your choices and contact
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete applicant information, or withdraw from consideration, by emailing hello@telioinfra.com.
